Garry W. Johnson

Garry W. Johnson, has practiced real estate law for over 25 years. He is a Certified Public Accountant as well as an attorney. He has an extensive practice involving sales and purchases, loans and loan modifications, mortgages, foreclosures and work-outs. These matters have included residential and commercial transactions, loan modifications and work-outs ranging from smaller residential matters to million dollar homes to multi-million dollar commercial properties. He is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest peer rating an attorney can obtain. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in l983. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Florida Bar Association, the National Association of Bond Lawyers, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Garry holds a law degree with honors (l982) and a bachelor's degree with high honors (I977), both from the University of Florida.
